Eva Tseng, assistant professor in the Division of General Internal Medicine, and Nisa Maruthur, associate professor in the Division of General Internal Medicine, were recognized with awards of excellence by the Society of General Internal Medicine at the Mid-Atlantic Region meeting on Friday, November 9. Eva was the recipient of the Award for Excellence in Clinician Investigation for her work as a clinician investigator. Nisa recognized with the Advocacy and Community Service Award for her work in the Baltimore community with the Brancati Center for the Advancement of Community Care.
