Please join the Translational Research Communities (TRC) and the Research Participant & Community (RCPC) Core on Wednesday, June 24, from 11 a.m. to noon in the Tilghman Auditorium on 733 N. Broadway Street as they collaborate to host a seminar discussing the importance of community involvement in conducting clinical research. This seminar will feature speakers from both Johns Hopkins Healthcare and local nonprofit organizations.

The speakers include Dr. Linda Dunbar, vice president of Care Management, JHHC; Rev. Debra Hickman of Sisters Together and Reaching (STAR) and Leon Purnell of the Men and Families Center.

Faculty, staff, researchers and study team members are encouraged to attend. Following the seminar there will be a free lunch from noon to 12:30 p.m. where attendees will have the opportunity to network and speak to the presenters.
