Amanda VanderZyl, interim administrator for the DOM, was selected to be an assistant editor of the administration and finance section of the Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine’s (AAIM) publication, the Academic Internal Medicine Insight. Insight is a quarterly publication distributed to members of the AAIM as well as other leaders in academic internal medicine throughout the U.S. and Canda. Amanda will serve a three-year term reviewing content generated by the associate editors and attend an annual in-person editorial board meeting. She was picked out of an overwhelming number of interested members of the alliance due to her knowledge and editorial experience.
