Three groups within the Department of Medicine achieved a GrandMean in the 75th percentile or above. These teams have a higher engagement score than 75 percent of work groups in the Gallup health care database. These are truly remarkable results, and we acknowledge those that achieved this top-level standing. They are:
- The Department of Medicine at Bayview
- Medicine Nursing
- The Division of Endocrinology
Congrats and thank you to the above groups as well as everyone who participated in this year’s Employee Engagement Survey. It is through engaged employees that we can continue to improve our facilities and create a happier workplace for all.
