- Inpatient capacity optimization, inclusive of focus on risk-adjusted length of stay
- Financial support model for our hospitalist programs
Ambulatory Operations
- Patient appointment cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice by a provider
- Open encounter compliance and communication
- Alignment of select procedural operations across campuses
- Enhancement of infusion services
- Strategies to reduce in-office wait time and to improve communication of test results
- Scheduling patient questionnaire for remaining DOM divisions

- Epic professional fee billing
