She later went on to complete a Master of Health Administration from the University of Maryland University College.

Talia joined Hopkins after ten years at the University of Maryland where she began managing the finances of the PEPFAR program within one of the School of Medicine’s clinical divisions and most recently served as the department administrator for the Center for Vascular and Inflammatory Diseases.
