Each year, we ask you to participate in the Employee Engagement Survey. Similar to an annual checkup with your primary care provider, the Employee Engagement Survey is just one way we monitor the health of our workplace so we can continue to build a better work environment for you.
Last year, we were pleased to see an increase in the overall GrandMean, or average score, for Johns Hopkins Medicine, from 3.81 in 2013 to 3.89 in 2015 (a survey was not administered in 2014). Gallup tells us that employee engagement is linked to better safety, improved patient experience and higher employee retention. We want to continue the momentum from last year and make sure you have what you need to continue to set the standard of excellence in health care.
To complete the survey:
- Visit login.johnshopkins.edu/gallupsurvey
- or simply log on to my.jh.edu, hover over the HR icon on the left-hand side of the page and select the Gallup Survey icon. While this option allows employees to use their JHED IDs to access the survey, the results remain confidential.
Please complete the survey before Sunday, April 10.
Now is the time to own your engagement. Thank you in advance for your input.
