Namandje Bumpus, associate professor in the Division of Clinical Pharmacology, has been asked to be the second annual National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) Director's Early Career Lecturer. This lecture is designed to showcase the work of early career scientists supported by NIGMS and to encourage undergraduate students to consider careers in biomedical research. Namandje will give the lecture on the NIH campus in April.
