This month, the Department of Medicine administration launched a formalized structure of leadership rounding. Administrators in the Department of Medicine will round on staff in our inpatient units and procedural areas to learn what we can do to better support our staff. Each inpatient unit or procedural area will be visited approximately once every five weeks, totaling a minimum of 10 visits from administration per year.
