IEE Summer Teaching Camp

The Institute for Excellence in Education (IEE), in collaboration with the Offices of the Vice Dean for Education and Vice Dean for Faculty, the MEHP, the JHFDP at the Bayview Medical Center and the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing are happy to announce the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine IEE Summer Teaching Camp 2017.

Teaching Camp brings together outstanding medical, nursing and biomedical educators and learners to share ideas, refine teaching techniques and learn new methods. The first day of Camp will include our Foundations of Teaching and Learning course (morning) and 3 hour precourses (afternoon) to promote deeper learning. Day 2 will have all new and relevant didactic sessions and workshops.

When: Thursday, July 13 - Friday, July 14, 2017
Where: Anne and Mike Armstrong Medical Education Building
JHU East Baltimore medical campus
Who: Full and part-time faculty, students, and trainees are encouraged to attend

This is a tuition-remission eligible program for faculty; the fee will be waived for JHUSOM and JHUSON medical, nursing and graduate students, residents and postdoctoral fellows.
