The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) will host the annual Minority Faculty Leadership Development Seminar for early career faculty who aspire to leadership roles in academic medicine. The three-day, multi-cultural seminar is designed for:
- Senior clinical and research fellows
- Instructors
- Assistant professors
- Post docs (MD, PhD and MD/PhDs)
The 2017 Minority Faculty Leadership Development Seminar provides racial and ethnic minority faculty with innovative tools, skills and competencies in preparation for advancement in academic medicine.
