Patient-Provider Collaboration Conference: Making Patient-Centered Care a Reality

We are excited to invite you to join us and other leaders for the second annual conference titled “Making Patient-Centered Care a Reality” on June 23 from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. in the Turner Auditorium. As the health care system changes and patients are required to take a more active role in their care, we have a need to enhance patient-provider collaboration to achieve quality patient-centered care and improve patient health outcomes. Our department is one of the conference sponsors. We will be offering 6 hours of CME and CE credits with registration fees.

We are also calling for submissions for poster presentations that speak to the conference objectives. If interested in submitting a presentation, please visit: http://bit.ly/2lvfPk5
