Brodsky Receives Service Star Award

Robert Brodsky, professor in the Division of Hematology, was recently selected to receive a Service Star Award from Johns Hopkins Medicine Service Excellence based on a glowing recommendation from the family of one of his patients. See below for a passage from the letter. He will be honored in a ceremony in July.

"As I am sure you know, Dr. Brodsky is highly skilled doctor and excels at the top of his field. What is even more obvious to us is his genuine humanity...he is extraordinarily personable and is willing to share his expertise in language we can understand. It is clear from his reputation that Dr. Brodsky is among the best in the world but more importantly, Dr. Brodsky is obviously the best for the world in how he treats and cares for his patients and their respective families."
