With the season of giving nearly upon us, the DOM nursing team felt inspired to help out Moveable Feast, a local Baltimore organization that aims to foster a community that cares for men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses by preparing and delivering nutritious meals and groceries and providing nutritional counseling and other services. A team of 17 nurses and staff cut 200 pounds of potatoes, prepared and packed 523 meals, handled over 1,410 meals and even created birthday cards for people.
