We are very fortunate in Maryland to have access to a database that allows us to easily look up if a consented research participant has been seen in an emergency room or been hospitalized anywhere in Maryland and in some surrounding areas. The Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP) database is a unique resource that is not available in most regions of the country.
On Monday, November 27 at 9 a.m. in Tilghman auditorium, there will be an one hour presentation which will describe in more detail how the process works. At that meeting, there will be representatives from the Johns Hopkins research community and CRISP.
Please carefully consider how CRISP could enhance the follow up of your research participants. For more information, click here. To register, visit https://crispseminar.eventbrite.com.
