The recently-launched ACGME Wellbeing Tools and Resources website features many resources aimed at helping residents and faculty members address burnout, promote well-being, cope with tragedy and more--including the Osler Training Program's own resource, the Resident Wellness Toolkit. The toolkit suggests ways training programs can help increase resident wellness and combat burnout by making sure residents' basic needs are met despite hectic days of intense training. It is a prototype featuring insights from pilot experiments being conducted here at Hopkins.
