Danelle Cayea, associate professor in the Division of Geriatrics, and Amit Pahwa, assistant professor in the Division of General Internal Medicine, were named the recipients of the 2019 Louis N. Pangaro, MD, Educational Program Development Award from the Clerkship Directors of Internal Medicine (CDIM). This award recognized individuals for contributions made to the development and improvement of graduate medical education, expertise in medical education and scholarly achievement in the field of education. Danelle and Amit were recognized for their high value care curriculum and will be honored during Academic Internal Medicine Week in Philadelphia in April.
