Amita Gupta, associate professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases, was recently featured in a podcast sponsored by the American Institute of Chemical Engineers foundation called "Doing a World of Good." During the podcast also featuring Sujata Bhatia, professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering at the University of Delaware, they discuss approaching medical and public health issues as engineering problems, the impact of this type of work and the future of this methodology.
