The DOM had a great showing at the Northwestern Cardiovascular Young Investigators' Forum in Chicago earlier this month. Thorsten Leucker, assistant professor in the Division of Cardiology, won first place in the Junior Faculty Basic Science Competition. Priya Umapathi, fourth year fellow in the Division of Cardiology, won first place in the Fellow Basic Science Competition.
