Sulkowski Named Associate Dean for Research in the Capital Region

Mark Sulkowski, professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases, was recently appointed associate dean for research in the Capital Region in the Office for Capital Region Research Support, which coordinates research at Howard County General Hospital, Suburban Hospital and Sibley Memorial Hospital. As associate dean, Mark's primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Community Division of Johns Hopkins Health System, departments, the Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Network and the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research to both support investigators that are currently conducting research at these sites and support faculty investigators that may want to expand their research to these sites. He will also coordinate all NIH Intramural research that takes place at Suburban Hospital.
