AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has awarded four grants totaling nearly $300,000 as part of the company’s ongoing support of research to reduce preterm birth and preeclampsia and associated complications. Members of the Division of Cardiology, Allison Hays, associate professor, Anum Minhas, fellow, Sammy Zakaria, associate professor, and Arthur Vaught from Gynecology and Obstetrics will be researching novel imaging methods to understand the association of preeclampsia and cardiovascular disease.
