Frank Giardiello and Jay Pasricha, professors in the Division of Gastroenterology, were honored by the American Gastroenterological Association for their distinguished careers as mentors and leaders. The AGA Research Foundation program recognizes individuals who have had a pivotal role in shaping the fields of gastroenterology and hepatology and helps to raise funds to support future investigators. They will be recognized at Digestive Disease Week in Chicago in May.
