KL2 Mentored Career Development Awards

The Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Scholars Program is now seeking applications for the 2021-22 KL2 Mentored Career Development Awards. We anticipate being able to offer up to four awards with appointments beginning between July 1, 2021 and November 1, 2021. Applicants must be junior faculty members or have a pending promotion to faculty status prior to a KL2 appointment.

The Clinical Research Scholars Program is a component of the Johns Hopkins Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR), funded by a Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) from the National Center for Advancing Translational Science. Our mission is to develop future leaders in clinical research who are highly trained in research design/methods, skilled in the tools of clinical investigation, and able to work collaboratively and creatively with interdisciplinary teams to generate new knowledge to improve health. We provide scholars with rigorous and innovative training, help them to develop and execute a clinical research project, mentorship in a multidisciplinary and collaborative research environment, and involvement in activities to promote career development.
