Christmas Named Governor-Elect of the Maryland ACP

Dr. Colleen Christmas, associate professor in the Division of Geriatrics, was elected by the Maryland Chapter of the American College of Physicians as the new Governor-Elect Designee. She will take office in April 2021 as Governor-Elect before assuming the office of Governor in April 2022. She was recognized for being a dedicated, hardworking and gracious member of the council, serving on several committees including Awards Nomination, Women in Medicine, Diversity and Health & Public Policy committees.
