Dr. Marlene Williams, associate professor in the Division of Cardiology, was elected to the Association of University Cardiologists (AUC). Founded in 1961, the AUC is an organization that is limited to an active membership of 135 academic cardiologists from the United States, elected by their peers. Dr. Williams was recognized as a cardiologist who is shaping the course of research and training in cardiovascular disease.
