Dr. Sherita Golden, professor in the Division of Endocrinology, was elected to the newest cohort of members of the National Academy of Medicine. Election to the academy is considered one of the highest honors in the fields of health and medicine and recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding professional achievement and commitment to service. Dr. Golden was among 100 new members, with about 10 percent from Hopkins.
