Over the past year, many of our colleagues have gone above and beyond to deliver safe, innovative patient care and improve health care access for members of the community.
This dedication to excellence in clinical care is the foundation of the Johns Hopkins Medicine Clinical Awards for Physicians and Care Teams. Each year since the Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians introduced the program in 2015, we have proudly honored dozens of clinicians for their extraordinary contributions. Today, we once again issue the call for nominations in the following six categories:

- Excellence in Service and Professionalism
- Best Consulting Physician
- Innovations in Clinical Care
- Clinical Collaboration and Teamwork
We value the remarkable contributions of all our clinicians, and hope you will consider the best of our physicians, nurses and care teams who demonstrate innovative thinking, perform exceptional work, and embrace a culture of compassionate patient- and family-centered care.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, December 31. Winners will be selected in February and celebrated during an awards ceremony on April 5, 2022.
