Dr. Maya Venkataramani, assistant professor in the Division of General Internal Medicine, was selected to receive the 2021 Award for Excellence in Clinician Investigation on behalf of the Society of General Internal Medicine (SGIM) Mid-Atlantic Region. Dr. Venkataramani was recognized during the virtual meeting held in October.
Dr. Manasa Ayyala, former GIM fellow and recipient of the 2021 Award for Excellence in Clinician Education, was also recognized during the virtual meeting.
