Dr. Ronald Berger, professor in the Division of Cardiology, was recently elected to the rank of National Academy of Inventors Fellow. Dr. Berger was recognized as having "demonstrated a highly prolific spirit of innovation in creating or facilitating outstanding inventions that have made a tangible impact on the quality of life, economic development and welfare of society." He is one of three from JHU in the 2021 class, and will be recognized at the Fellows Induction Ceremony at the NAI Annual Meeting in Phoenix in June.
