Please take a moment to complete the School of Medicine 2022 Faculty Satisfaction Survey sent out via email by the Office of Faculty. This bi-annual survey is the single most important source of data used by the SOM and individual departments to assess our faculty’s career satisfaction, workplace climate, concerns and suggestions. Responses will not only inform the Office of Faculty action plan for the next two years, it will also provide department-level data that can be used in strategic planning.
Survey links are unique so that faculty who have responded do not receive repeat reminders to complete; however, every measure is taken to preserve faculty confidentiality. Data analysis of the survey is done by the Bloomberg School of Public Health Department of Biostatistics and results are shared with the School of Medicine.
