Travel is back! This full overview for the Johns Hopkins Travel Program is for administrative and support staff.
Objectives:
After this session, you will be able to:
- Book travel in the managed program
- Utilize different payment options, including the Central Bill Travel Card
- Make a Concur online booking
- Make a TripLink booking
- Contact and utilize the contracted travel the agency
- Manage out of program bookings (i.e. conference hotels)
- Navigate the various expense tools
- Identify expense delegate role and responsibilities
- Find resources for both travel and expense
