Eligible bedside nurses must have demonstrated key components of our Professional Practice Model (We Care, We Excel, We Influence, We Empower), to help the Department of Nursing meet JHM strategic goals (We Achieve).

Nominees were announced during unit recognition activities during the week of May 9.  Winners were voted on by the Medical Nursing Professional Practice Specialty Council.
