Dr. Matthew McNabney, professor in the Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology, is editor of the recently published medical textbook entitled, "Community-Based Integrated Care for Older Adults."
This is an authoritative guide to all-inclusive, community-based, interdisciplinary medical care for aging patients. It specifically highlights the Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) model and serves as an excellent resource for geriatricians and clinical staff working in these environments as well as those working in public policy and health services research.
