The Diversity Council of the Department of Medicine hosted seven visiting medical students recently at the home of Dr. Lydia Pecker, member of the Diversity Council and faculty in the Division of Hematology. It was a wonderful time to socialize and highlight the internal medicine programs at Johns Hopkins. A big thank you to Dr. Lydia Pecker, our resident hosts and Dr. Thomas Cudjoe, member of the Diversity Council and faculty in the Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology, for being our photographer. Our students finished their clerkships the week of October 21 and the DOM Diversity Council would like to extend a big thank you to all of our divisions that participated in these efforts, including the Divisions of Cardiology, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology, Gastroenterology, Hospital Medicine, and Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism.
Thank You for Hosting Our Visiting Medical Students
