The Advanced Practice Provider Appreciation Award from the JHH Advanced Practice Advisory Council recognizes clinical excellence and the embodiment of The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Lachelle Purnell-Savoy, nurse practitioner in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, was recognized as a December recipient of the award. Lachelle works on the Inpatient Diabetes Management Service where she has taken on a significant patient load and gone above and beyond what is normally expected of a new NP.
