The DOM invites faculty and staff who are members or allies of the LGBTQ+ community to join an inaugural LGBTQ+ Equity & Education Council. This diversity advisory group is an opportunity to share perspectives, experiences and concerns of LGBTQ+ faculty, staff and allies. Council feedback will be used to guide a needs assessment to better understand and support the needs of our LGBTQ+ faculty and staff. Meetings will be held 4-6 times per year.
