Ahima Elected to American Academy of Arts & Sciences

Dr. Rex Ahima, professor and director of the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, was recently honored as part of the American Academy of Arts & Sciences' 2023 cohort of new members. The American Academy of Arts & Sciences was created in 1780 to honor excellence and leadership and advance the common good across disciplines and divides. Dr. Ahima is one of 270 individuals recognized both nationally and internationally across 31 disciplines.
