Purpose: The purpose of this research study is to understand your perception of certain determinants of health.
If you are a health care practitioner, you are invited to participate in a research survey conducted by Dr. Thomas Cudjoe at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in partnership with Dr. Julianne Holt-Lunstad, Ph.D from Brigham Young University Department of Psychology and Neuroscience.
