Johns Hopkins Sarciodosis Center Named WASOG Center of Excellence

This year, the Johns Hopkins Sarciodosis Center in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine was named a World Association of Sarcoidosis and Other Granulomatous Diseases (WASOG) Center of Excellence. This distinction refers to a multidisciplinary team of specialized medical and paramedical professionals with a shared specialized facility that has proven sustainability over years, and provides leadership, best practices, research, support and/or training for sarcoidosis patients and professionals. Congratulations to Drs. Edward Chen and Michelle Sharp, both assistant professors in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, and their team for achieving this honor.
