Your Central Hub for Commercial Clinical Research Inquiries

We are excited to announce the launch of a new central email address, [email protected], dedicated to facilitating inquiries for our commercial clinical research studies. This initiative aims to streamline communication and provide a centralized hub for all your queries related to clinical research projects at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

The Clinical Research Contracting group understands the importance of efficient and effective communication channels for our faculty and staff engaged in commercially sponsored clinical research studies. Whether you have questions about study protocols, contractual matters, or any other aspect of your commercially funded clinical research projects, the [email protected] email is here to serve you. This centralized approach ensures that your inquiries reach the appropriate experts who can provide timely and accurate responses, enabling you to navigate the research process seamlessly.

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we kindly request that you direct all your clinical research inquiries to [email protected], effective immediately. When reaching out to [email protected], please provide a clear and concise subject line that accurately reflects the nature of your question. Additionally, include relevant details such as the principal investigatorsponsor, IRB number (or study name), and any other pertinent information to help us understand and promptly address your query. Please be specific.

We encourage you to spread the word among your colleagues, ensuring everyone involved in clinical research at JHU is aware of this new communication channel. Together, we can harness the power of [email protected] to enhance our research endeavors and drive innovation.

Earlier this year, the CRC sent an email communication that all CDA/NDA requests for review and inquiries, irrespective of whether they are with clinical or non-clinical parties; or whether they are for clinical or pre-clinical projects, should be sent to [email protected]. Please continue to send all CDA/NDA matters to the [email protected] email box.

Thank you for being dedicated to advancing clinical research at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. We look forward to working with you and receiving your inquiries at [email protected].
