Johns Hopkins Post-PE (JHoPE) Clinic

The Johns Hopkins Post-PE (JHoPE) Clinic is open at Green Spring Station. We provide multi-specialty expertise in Hematology (Dr. Jennifer Yui, assistant professor in the Division of Hematology) and Pulmonary (Dr. Todd Kolb, assistant professor in the Division of Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine) for patients after diagnosis with acute pulmonary embolism. The clinic provides consultative support regarding appropriate management and duration of anticoagulation, follow-up after PE-related interventions (e.g., thrombolysis, embolectomy), and longitudinal evaluation and management of post-PE dyspnea and related complications. The clinic does not prescribe or coordinate anticoagulation. Appointments are available through Epic ("Pulmonary Embolism" button on Ambulatory Pulmonary Clinic Referral) or by contacting the clinic directly at 410-614-2291.
