Navigating Your Academic Career from a Position of Strength

We encourage faculty and staff team leaders to consider the upcoming workshop on Navigating Your Academic Career from a Position of Strength. The program consists of one 3.5-hour virtual live workshop. The workshop will focus on high yield elements of faculty development using the online CliftonStrengthstool which will be completed prior to the session. The workshop also includes a 1-hour 1:1 coaching session with a Certified CliftonStrengthsCoach that will be scheduled after the workshop. After this workshop, the learner will demonstrate the ability to

  • Recognize strategies to cultivate natural talents into intentionally directed strengths.
  • Compare and contrast the participant’s natural talents.
  • Identify strategies to apply mature strengths in pursuit of excellence as a leader in academia.

When: Monday, February 5, 2024, 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Earn CME/CE credits for those interested.

Cost: $1,500 (Hopkins faculty & staff can use their tuition remission benefit, making the course free)
