Kathleen Burns Bailey, CRNP, MPCU nurse practitioner lead in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine

Kathleen works tirelessly to provide excellent patient care and enhance patient care by following EBP and educating providers at all levels. She respects patients and families and is easy to interact with. She leads by teaching and leads by example. She is an excellent colleague to work with.

Jill (Jae) Patton, CRNP, nurse practitioner in Palliative Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine

Jae represents the best of what an APP is. In her work with the Palliative Medicine Service, Jae never fails to advocate for her patients and families. Whether it is symptom management, goals of care or ongoing support, Jae never misses the mark and continually strives for excellence. Jae is also actively involved expanding Palliative Medicine Services into the LVAD and Heart Failure clinics. This is allowing this patient population the opportunity to benefit from the holistic care and support of Palliative Medicine along with the primary medical teams.
