The JHM Interprofessional Well-Being Survey is a voluntary, anonymous quality improvement survey and research study that measures risk of burnout, your experience of professional fulfillment and the drivers of well-being. The Office of Well-Being runs this detailed survey every two years.
Beginning May 5, Hopkins’ physicians, advanced-practice providers, other clinicians, and SOM clinical and research faculty working across the enterprise will be invited to participate. Learn more about the survey and our membership in the H-PWAC research consortium. Preview the questions to make the most of your available time. If you have questions, contact the Office of Well-Being.
