Fung Named Division Administrator

Please join us in welcoming Natalie Fung, MHA, PMP, who will join us as the new Division Administrator for Geriatrics and Hematology, effective July 17, 2025.

Natalie brings a wealth of experience in healthcare leadership, clinical operations, and strategic planning. Most recently, she served as Assistant Administrator in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at Johns Hopkins Medicine, where she led multi-site operations, managed a $19M budget, and implemented initiatives that improved patient access, safety, and staff retention. Her background also includes roles in radiation oncology, pain management, and physiotherapy, both in the U.S. and internationally. Natalie earned dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Southern California before earning her physiotherapy degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She then completed graduate school at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Natalie is known for her collaborative leadership style, data-driven decision-making, and deep commitment to patient-centered care. She has a proven track record of aligning operational excellence with clinical priorities, and she’s passionate about enhancing the quality of care for older adults and patients with complex hematologic conditions. In her own words, Natalie is excited to “build bridges across disciplines, elevate the voices of frontline staff, and champion innovations that improve the lives of our most vulnerable patients.” Her vision aligns beautifully with our mission, and we’re thrilled to have her on board.

Additionally, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Kate Walls and Lindsey Finne for filling in during this vacancy period.
