Dr. Corey Tapper, assistant professor in the Division of General Internal Medicine, Section of Palliative Medicine, has been named a fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. This is the highest honor bestowed by the Academy. Dr. Tapper will be recognized for this achievement in San Diego in March 2026. He also recently served as plenary speaker at the 13th annual Palliative Care Collaborative Conference at the University of Rochester, where he both presented and led a workshop.
