Leadership Spotlight

WELL is excited to introduce the Leadership Spotlight, a new monthly recognition celebrating individuals across the Department of Medicine who make a difference through everyday leadership.

Leadership is not limited to formal roles, and eligibility is open to all levels of staff, faculty, and trainees who exhibit leadership through mentorship, collaboration, inclusion, or supporting team well-being.

Administrative Professionals Day

In honor of Administrative Professionals Day, we’d like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to each of you. Your dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential to the daily operations and long-term success of our Department. From managing complex schedules and workflows to supporting faculty, learners, and patients with efficiency and grace, your work ensures that we excel in our clinical, educational, and research missions. You are the steady force that keeps our Department running. Your adaptability, problem-solving skills, and commitment do not go unnoticed, and they make a meaningful difference every single day. Kelly Hueter has been an exceptional source of support to the fellowship program and a true asset to the division. She brings organization, care, and a proactive mindset to her work, helping navigate complexity with grace while keeping important priorities moving forward. JHM Employee Engagement & Safety Culture Survey
