Inpatient - Removal of “Initiate Hypothermia Protocol” Stand-Alone Order

The "JHH-BMC ICU Adult Targeted Temperature Management Focused" order set should be selected. The stand-alone order for "Initiate Hypothermia Protocol" will be removed.
