Dr. Aline Charabaty, assistant professor in the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology, received the Excellence in Medicine Award from the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. Each year, the foundation honors a physician, scientist or health care professional who is making significant contributions to the IBD community through their time, actions, talents and dedication. She was honored at the annual Evening of Hope Gala in November.
