Sarah J. (Woodbury) Riley, MSN, CRNP, CHFN, nurse practitioner manager in the Division of Cardiology, received the April award. Sarah is a leader in the Heart Failure Bridge Clinic. She is invaluable in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. She has been an amazing mentor to two new APP colleagues and is critical to the overall success of our healthcare team.
